Come and learn to make your own delicious and nurturing fermented sodas.
In this workshop we will delve into the world of fermented sodas, looking at wild fermented drinks as well as some cultures such as water kefir and kombucha.
We will go through the processes for making the different types of fermented soda and even provide some cultures to take away with you so you can get your own batch of brew bubbling at home.
Albert & Rose have spent the last 7 years travelling, predominantly on bicycles, around Europe. In this time they have done a huge amount of fermenting, some settled and some nomadic, even on the back of bicycles they couldn’t stop! This is an exciting opportunity to pick the brains of some very seasoned fermentalists.
